Higher Education students are offered accommodation in "Credit and Hostels Institution Dormitories", "Sakarya University Esentepe Student Dormitory" and various private student dormitories.

There is a total bed capacity of 3,492 under the Credit and Hostels Institution in the city center and districts. 1938 of this capacity is for girls and 1554 is for boys.

'Sakarya University Esentepe Student Dormitory', consisting of two-storey buildings, is located within Esentepe Campus area and consists of six blocks. The dormitory with double rooms has central heating and each room has a shower and a toilet. Rooms with heat and sound insulation have a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, study chair and bedding for each student.

The capacity of the dormitories, which have an indoor area of approximately 3600 m2, is 446 people. Two rooms in the dormitory, which has ISO 9002 Quality Certificate in terms of its facilities and services, are specially prepared for disabled students.
